All sales of digital products are final. No refunds are issued once access has been granted.
Digital Products — No Refund Policy
VYSIONIST exclusively sells digital products. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to your product via download or email delivery. Because digital products cannot be physically returned and access cannot be revoked once granted, all purchases are non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that: (a) you have reviewed the product description in full; (b) you understand the nature of digital goods; and (c) you waive any right to a refund after access is granted.
No Exceptions
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances including, but not limited to: change of mind, failure to read product descriptions, technical difficulties on the buyer's end, or dissatisfaction with results. If you have questions about the product before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us first.
Unauthorized Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to a digital product constitutes fraud. VYSIONIST reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargeback fees, legal costs, and damages through all available legal remedies. All purchase data, delivery confirmations, and access logs are retained and will be provided to payment processors and relevant authorities as necessary.

If you experience a technical issue with accessing or downloading your product, contact us at info@vysionist.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve delivery issues promptly.
