By accessing or purchasing from vysionist.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or purchase any products.
2. Products & Digital Delivery
VYSIONIST sells digital products including, but not limited to, the ANTI-AI™ Framework. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to your purchased digital product via download link or email. No physical goods are shipped.
3. License & Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer any purchased digital product to any third party.
4. Intellectual Property
All content sold on this Site — including but not limited to PDF documents, templates, frameworks, workflows, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of VYSIONIST. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any product or content is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law, including civil and criminal proceedings.
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products — which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned — all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are accepted once access to the product has been granted. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy. 6. Prohibited Use

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VYSIONIST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
